Through our shopping cart we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. HST and delivery will be added at the time of check out. Interac e-transfers can also be sent by contacting info@bunkbedboutique.ca

Shipping Information

When checking out you will be notified of your shipping options as well as cost for delivery. Delivery fees will vary based on the destination within Canada or the US. Please contact us for a quote if you are unsure of shipping charges. We can ship to the US, however, any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Pick up option: We are predominately an online store operating from Oakville, Ontario. Please contact us at info@bunkbedboutique.ca and we will certainly do our best to make arrangements for pick-up if possible.

Order turn-around time: We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 weeks. If one of the items on your order is not in-stock you will contacted with an estimated delivery date. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the item has not been assembled, is in good condition and all original packaging is included. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items: Products that have been reduced for sale, are final sale. All Mattresses are final sale. Special order merchandise is custom and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages/defects and send them to us at info@bunkbedboutique.ca. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
